The Mudez Construction website was designed, built and delivered in March 2026. It has not been paid for. The completed site is finished and ready to publish; it will go live the day the outstanding balance is settled in full.

To the client: settle the balance and this notice is removed the same day and the full website published in its place. Until then, the delivered work remains unreleased and copyright in it is retained by the developer.
